Flipboard is a nice Android App.
Flipboard is a magazine style news reader. The magazine layout makes it very nice app for news reader. And it is officially available for android now. The feature what makes the Flipboard app special is that it is more than a RSS reader and you can easily share these news in social networks like Facebook, twitter, Google plus etc. Flipboard easily pulls news from social networks. This is also available for iOS platform. This app came for android but previously it was only for iPad. Flipboard works differently in both the android and iOS platform. In android we can’t read news/articles by swiping the tab horizontally as we did in iOS. In android interface we navigate the tab by swiping up and down. Flipboard in android shows one article at a time but in iPad version multiple articles are shown at a time. I think this makes it to read the article very easily in android interface as it shows one article at a time.
There is one drawback in the Flipboard app that we need an internet connection for using this app (reading news). But we can save the articles and read it when we are offline. There is an option of leaving comment on those articles you read in Flipboard app.
